Yahoo and the iHub - Postings ** Updated Aug 31 **

Yes I have spent two days requesting reviews. It is mainly one mod Lucky and of course porgie but the issue did not snowball until Lucky.


This is why I created this site...... I gave iHub plenty of warnings but they do NOT care.

I would like to see tisdal, Tothe, and Kyoil get in here.


I need to have kyoil do a summary of his many posts. I am doing mine but using a cut and paste from the Hub posts. I go look at all my posts and then open the ones with lots of time spent putting together. His is important to have.

iHub says any link from here to iHub is spam, so they will delete it. I caught them red handed but it is their board.


AND THIS ONE IS OURS!

For now I think we are good, I would like to see KyOil move some of his stuff to the Oil Patch but I think that would be up to him.

My schedule will lighten up Thursday and have more time to check in. It sure is nice to post and not have an hour of time deleted.

For now may I share how we got here. Just some backdrop on the events of last week. I'm pretty sure I poked the bear pretty good and tensions brewing, the situation escalated quickly.

On Ihub  this last couple of months, I had observed a trend of latitude for negative posts  and no tolerance on favorable posts. This trend was periodic but then seemed to intensify as of late.

I saw posts with  profanity for the first time.  I deleted them. 
They were appealed and reposted. 

I questioned admin about profanity being reposted. 

Whats up with all the deleted messages by mod squad?

And then there is an actual violation of profanity it's restored by mod squad. Tisdal responds with copy of message and his is deleted?

Also noted replies to negative posts are being deleted for personal attacks?

The "PG13" standard is loosely used as a guideline to what is/isn't acceptable when determining whether a comment is vulgar. If society has deemed it appropriate for a 13 year old to hear, it is unlikely that it will be offensive to the majority of Users.

As I browsed looking for some answers, I went to deleted page and there is was. 90% of posts were being deleted. 
Tab had typed "ty" and it was deleted. This certainly not sustainable. I was overcome with zeal for our board.




Then messaged 2 other ihub administrators.

I also sent pm's with image of deletes  to many posting on zn to let them know the scope of the hostility toward those posting.

Then I posted this on ihub to administrator deleting messages.

Admin I can play if you like.

I am a paying customer and expect to be treated as such.

Your bias has been noticed a month going on 2

We can take this as high as you wish.

Im not easily provoked. But your at my limit.

Now back off or my time will be spent getting you removed from this position."

And delete.

Please stop violating the very rules you are in place to enforce as a Mod. Your messages need to focus on the company and the stock and should not contain comments about people who post on the board whether specific or in general. Other posters are never the topic of the board, and comments on deleted posts and rules of the site are off-topic, as well as political and religious remarks on the stock-related message boards.

The next day I was no longer moderator, luckydog was in my spot, we lost 2 stickies. Oh I instantly had 3 more followers who I presume were deleting my posts going forward.  I am not yet finished with admin on ihub and will follow thru on my post.  Ethan you mentioned this would be dealt with and you certainly came thru brother. I really appreciate you and thanks so much.

Was just checking out hub and saw 'tisdal post about contacting IR and waiting for response. Was replying to micro and said that he would let know when he heard anything. Micro said that he was trying to PM him and could not. Then all of a sudden both messages disappeared? Guess I just witnessed what some of you were talking about ! Selective censorship!

They are continuing, it would seem the paid basher's do not like being called out. They can delete them but I know somehere will at least get to read what I said. Deleted twice within a few minutes 8-10 hours apart.

I will combine threads to clean things up a bit.
