Subject: When God's promises are made to Believers
“If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it” (John 14:14 NIV). If this seems way to simple to be true, it is not. In 1 Corinthians 2:5, it is written, “That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God” (KJV). And if you truly believe that and put all your trust in God, then you will never be disappointed. (Hebrews 10:35-36)
As for me, I went to Israel in May of 1983, and God gave me two scriptures. The first one to pray towards Jerusalem, and the second one in Jerusalem. It was 1 Kings 8:41-43, which was confirmed to me in 2 Chronicles 6:32-33. After I prayed for the oil of Israel, an answer was promised in 2 Chronicles 7:15-16, and then it was confirmed to me in Mark 11: 22-24.
It will soon be 40 years since God first called me to Israel when Zion’s “Journey of Faith” began. So far, Zion and all its shareholders have invested approximately 240 million dollars in our “Journey of Faith” to find the oil of Israel. And God’s promise was that He would bless those who bless Israel (Genesis 12:2-3).
Due to pandemic delays, we anxiously await Israel opening for the importation of our rig from the port in Constanta, Romania, into the country and hopefully soon will begin drilling our next well (Genesis 26:22).
