I listened to the podcast of the shareholders meeting this morning. Just a couple of initial takeaways:
1 - The crews for the next drilling operation are in Israel and in quarantine. As soon as the get out of quarantine then shipping of the rig will commence.
2 - Analysis of the 3D seismic data is still ongoing. The initial analysis has been done for some time (sounded like last Nov or Feb?). But it sounds like they are using this extra time during the COVID shutdown to continue to analyze the complex ( term I've heard a number of times) geology to give themselves the highest probability of a commercial discovery.
My guess is that they will probably ship the rig starting in July. At that time they will have "consensus" on the next drill site.
