Can you help clarify the meaning behind the link... I thought they were still listed in the Nasdaq exchange and not yet delisted... why are they are also listed in the OTC?

This link, OTC Markets lists all stocks. Put Boeing in and you will see. As of right now Zion Oil is still on the Nasdaq. That site is a good link is all to get information about stocks (all stocks not just OTC & Pink ones)
