  I am not sure what is going on but I like it. The one thing I did notice was the 'Noise' was quiet, eerily quiet. Hmmm What I do know is that Volume 43,915,876 shares traded today, out of around 100,000,000 or so. That is 40+ % in ONE SINGLE DAY. Avg. Volume 1,766,170 - That is 40X the normal volume Someone purchased around 10% of the company a couple of weeks ago, and the 'Noise' attacked and drove it down again. They tried today but someone just kept buying. Makes you wonder, where is that noise now? Are they caught short? I do not know but I sure hope so. Just how many shares are short? I have no clue how to find out but someone does and I bet we would all find it interesting just who was short and if any were naked shorted? It funny, all the noise on the Hub stopped as well. I wonder why? It is sad that I can no longer post there on Zion Oil but I can elsewhere. They silenced me with the shenanigans but in truth they helped me, as I pay little attention anymore. They can not silence me here and I will ask, where is No Oil and Bear spread and all the naysayers? I mean come on guys you post everyday for months and suddenly go quiet? Cat got your tongue or more like oh shit I have to cover, I can only wonder.. |

So lets look a minute, Market Cap is now $50 million, was $15 million a short while ago. My head is spinning but it makes sense if someone wants those shares. Why would they? Well, could be a lot of things but I do not think it is the 3D thing, or not most of it. I am not complaining by any means but stocks do not trade like this. Getting booted from the NasDaq is nothing, this could be a private buy. I mean it is just $30 million, which is peanuts to some. I have said there was a coordinated attack on Zion oil, I think I proved it beyond a reasonable doubt. So what now? I have not the slightest clue, but it sure makes my 0.15 buy feel better. Doesnt matter as I am still down a lot, but as I have said, my shares are not for sale and I am in it for a long haul, no matter. What I suspect is that those whom wanted to kill off this company will try once again, and after today, I would suggest they bring the big boy pants... So that brings up something, the noise was attacking me with my spreadsheet from a year or so ago. I am not implying anything as to 'found' or estimated oil. For the newbie's you will have to research what was said but this spreadsheet was created when there was 50 million shares issued not 100 million and no one knew what or if any oil of size was found. What this does is tell what the revenue would be IF they found some minus costs etc. I probably should update some things with it but why bother as I will be attacked anyway. In the technical section you will find that I think the oil is there but 'unconventional' in nature, this presents problems in Israel as the treehugger phenomenon is much greater than here. The technology has matured, however even if oil can be retrieved in the US at lets say $40 a barrel, my guess is it would be greater than $80 a barrel in Israel. This is why I am not to excited with the 3D. I would much rather see the data from the Golan Heights. In short, the purpose was for Israel to be totally energy independent. They are already there with NatGas. Oil not so much. They will need approximately 300,000 barrels a day to accomplish this. That is a whole lot of fracked wells to be drilled so lets not get ahead of ourselves. My math is solid as far as I can tell and even shorty has not argued it, they just claim no oil. If a find and this is a BIG IF, is conventional in nature then the ballgame changes a whole lot. Check out the Technical section for details if so inclined.. In short, it went down. I am not surprised one bit. This is not a game. Yesterday $35 million changed hands, today not as much but notice, the NOISE was back, as I predicted they would be. Why were they quiet yesterday? I think they were getting the skidmarks cleaned from their underwear. I know not what is up, but the price held fairly well to me at least. My shares are still not for sale, no matter. What one needs to look at is that 65 million shares traded hands in two days and that is 2/3 of all outstanding shares. This is NOT NORMAL. Shorty? Bring the big boy pants again, someone wants the shares and you will end up short. With the evil used in this endeavor you will reap what you sow.  |

Is there short interest? or are they buying to pump and selling the 175k share every 2.5 hours?
I did buy back in but am already under water. I guess I will just see if bottom is cheap enough to
double or triple position .
My observation as I cant handle the Boards chatter.
board of directors at ZN is very accomplished in Israel and in oil industry .
3 or 4 Lawyers and ZN is in great standing in israel.
I dont even know if zn could publicize 3D seismic . it would be end game >If data is sound
then drilling would just be icing on cake I guess. 2020 will bring everything into focus

OH one more thing If 3d seismic was not showing results wouldn't next step be expanded 3D seismic and not drilling  ? I mean 3D should have been done 10 years ago but ... now they want to drill . with small area surveyed . with earthquakes and signs last 2 years Maybe 3d seismic would not show anything 10 years ago because God has not moved the oil to israel |

I have no clue on what the short interest is but you can bet they are there, they are that chatter. We will just have to see what is in store for our company, 8-K is out so I will address that later...
I am not sure but I think that the 3D showed something, not sure of scale but then again they did not ask for monies to pay for it either. I find that odd but I think there could be reasonable reasons. Folks are trying to attack Christian's and companies like Zion Oil. Christians can be rich as well and this type of money is peanuts to some.
We shall see what happens.

Well what day, but I am not worried and I will tell you why.  The 8-K - the delisting so to speak. Highlights are mine.. If one reads the June or July notice that on Jan 6th they had to be in compliance or what we saw today would happen. However just as Zion Oil told us that they could appeal. I do not feel a reverse split is coming as can be inferred in the comments in the 8k above. They told us this, nothing unexpected. This is not what you see the noise saying. NOTE: Zion Oil is not delisted, yet. The appeal will happen and they said so. What is odd is the volume and price swing the last few days. I have no idea what is going on but I will tell you this. It is far from over. The judge threw out the suit, over 100% the outstanding share volume has traded hands, I think the weak hands are gone. Someone or Something is accumulating shares and it is not shorty. |
