What is against the TOS here? Nothing except I called out the ones who participated but not by name even. The censorship on the Hub is amazing!

Sarepta’s share price dropped 16 percent before recovering when the fraud was exposed.
The SEC’s complaint charges that Craig committed securities fraud in violation of Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5. The complaint seeks a permanent injunction against future violations, disgorgement, and a monetary penalty from Craig.

So how does this relate? Let look shall we?

I see a similarity. I have the timeline documented VERY well.

Here is something VERY important and pay close attention to this..

March 20 - BP Rising enters the game with this release!
Video uploaded to You-Tube analyzing Zion Stock. Implies Victor is a crook and makes fun of Zion Facebook Posters.

March 26th - Panda tweets out Zion is under investigation!

March 27 - Zion deny's it as they know not of it!

March 28 - Probes replies back to ZN's Tweet (I wonder what else Probes knew at this time?)* coordinated *

March 29th
- SEC denied Probes FOIA request on Zion records back to Mar 2016.

April 11th - Probes filed an appeal claiming the SEC did not look hard enough. Why? What does he/she know that we do not? They certainly know something as I think they had been working on it themselves.

May 31 - NO SEC at this time or at least Zion Oil does not know of it other than the tweets.

Zion denies it May 31

Zion even knows what is going on..

Yet that day lots of things are going on...the most important is this..

May 31 - Probes knows as well what is going on, was he paid for this work to go after Zion? By Whom? Panda? BP Rising?

It is not until June 21 that Zion Oil get's 'the' notice. Officially and like some point out, internet chatter does NOT count.

So ask yourself if this makes sense? Was it coordinated? Absolutely it was. What is neat is posts here are logged as well.

So smile everyone, the SEC knows what went down. If Zion Oil has some issues then I am sure we will all know about it. If Zion made a mistake then they will make due, I am not worried about that really. Zion Oil is on its last legs for many reasons, one no commercial oil on MJ1, but the take down of the company was planned. The only thing that would have saved them was flowing oil in MJ#1. Does that mean there is no oil? Absolutely not. I personally think oil is there but in a non-commercial fashion with present environmental laws, the political situation must change first. It might not be Zion that gets it out of the ground and there are those that have a vested interest in making sure that it is not Zion Oil. A Christian company based with Christian principles is not the politically correct business plan in Israel nor the USA I am afraid. This is much larger than Zion Oil in the bigger picture.
