Board: Zion Oil & Gas Reason: Off-Topic
First - Not sure why the price rise today,
So much for my day trading it, I sold a few shares at .51 (before anyone accuses me of lying, I sold a whole $175 worth to day trade with from an account that I put into Zion before the bad news. I intend to use it as a Zion account. The majority of my shares are still right where they were and I have not lost anything because I have not sold. Will I? Maybe someday but not in the near future.
I am limited in what I can say here in my one post, so I will refrain from trying to use logic as it is not liked here.
There were posts that I will summarize very simply.
Zion DID have oil, just not commercial. That can mean a lot of things but as I have stated and DOCUMENTED on what I think it is, this could mean a lot of good things.
Kerogen and shale oil or whatever......
This too was laughed at for years, and the Saudi's have taken note. The good ol USA is darn near the largest producer of crude in the world and a good proportion of it is non-conventional in origin.
Here is an article that I sure took note of..
Real Implications Of The New Permian Estimates
This is no joke and no laughing matter...
This is 50% the size of Ghawar!
Keep laughing...
I have done some research on Givot and Genie...
Keep laughing as you have a job to do.....make fun of Zion Oil and what they are trying to do. Is it the wrong management? That very well could be but the goal is not as big a joke as some would think.
One last suggestion, is Zion the affinity scam that actually drilled? Why not try a new venue as that one DOES NOT fit the definition posted earlier.
I am not happy with Zion Oil and its communications to its shareholders but the way it was attacked and the reasons behind it make me ok with my investment. Good day.

Real Implications Of The New Permian Estimates
This is no joke and no laughing matter...
46.3 billion barrels of oil, 281 trillion cubic feet of natural gas, and 20 billion barrels of natural gas liquids are now believed to lie untapped in the Wolfcamp Shale and overlying Bone Spring Formation area of Texas and New Mexico’s Permian Basin.
This is 50% the size of Ghawar!
Keep laughing...

“In the 1980’s, during my time in the petroleum industry, the Permian and similar mature basins were not considered viable for producing large new recoverable resources. Today, thanks to advances in technology, the Permian Basin continues to impress in terms of resource potential. The results of this most recent assessment and that of the Wolfcamp Formation in the Midland Basin in 2016 are our largest continuous oil and gas assessments ever released.”
Reilly stressed, “Knowing where these resources are located and how much exists is crucial to ensuring both our energy independence and energy dominance.”
