Their tactics include: blackmail, smear campaigns, espionage, fraud, harassment, extortion, bribery, rumor-mongering, sabotage, off-shore money laundering, political cronyism, frivolous lawsuits, witness tampering, biased financial research, false identities, bogus credit ratings, bribery, libelous blogs, bad science, forgery, wiretapping, counterfeiting, collusion, lying, cheating, threats and theft.
Their most egregious trick is to sell “phantom stock.” By exploiting a glitch in Wall Street’s computerized trading system, and a loophole in federal regulations, some hedge funds sell virtually unlimited amounts of stock that they have not yet borrowed or purchased. This is often referred to as “naked short selling.” Hedge funds use this tactic to flood the market with supply and drive down prices - which is blatantly illegal.
Patrick has written a blog explaining how this works in laymen’s terms. An economist has written a detailed history of “failures to deliver” (i.e. stock sold and not delivered, because it is phantom stock) for Regulation magazine, published by the Cato Institute. Yes, it is true. Today is my last day at this company; I'm moving on to a new job. I've realized that there are more dignifying jobs out there that can pay me equally as well. But before I go, I want to explain a few things because this just isn't right and I won't feel good about myself until I expose this sham. It's hurt too many people and I don't want it on my conscience anymore. I can no longer live with a lie. I work for a company called Global Calumny Funds in Stamford, CT.Basically, it's a Boiler Room much like the one in the movie of the same name.The idea behind my group is to bash the price of a company's stock down low enough to where the group of investors who retained our company's services can buy the stock really cheap and perhaps even take it over all together.

There are approximately 70 people at the company divided into several groups. My group, consisting of 5 people, is responsible for IDWD. While I probably shouldn't give any names of anyone working here now, what the heck, I'm leaving here, so what can they do? sue me? Ha! I can tell you that "laptoptrader" and [..........] were part of my group until he left last week, as "wasninaturtle". Others who have been part of this include early bashers like "harddata" and "Investorman". You may be interested to know that some hypsters, such as "MONEYMADE" and even "Datatech!!", have also been part of the scam (more on that later).

There are several companies engaged in the bashing business, ours is not the only one. However, I can tell you that not every basher in here is a paid basher. Having done this for a year, I can usually tell who is a paid basher and who is merely someone having a little fun. While unpaid bashers have a different motive than someone like me, they can be unwilling accomplices to helping me achieve my ultimate goal and they also spread rumor and confusion throughout a room, which also helps me. What is that goal? Well, I am merely a cog in a much larger machine, so my bosses never really explained the big picture to me, but I'd say essentially, Shaddowwatch2oo 3 was right. There are several companies who are quite familiar with Jim Bishop and Janice Shell and who are deathly afraid of them .

There are three types of bashers here at Global Calumny Funds: Advanced,Intermediate and Beginner. An Advanced-level basher (also known as a SilverTongued Devil) would spread false or misleading information about the company. They would deal in facts, countering every longs post with articles,news reports and opinion surveys that gave a negative impression about thecompany. An Intermediate-level basher (also known as a Serpent) would try to elbow their way into the confidence of longs and create doubt using rumor or innuendo.

Finally, a Beginner-level basher (also known as a Pitchfork) would attempt to create confusion in the room by distracting other posters with satire, name calling and pointless arguments. The idea was to make sure no serious discussion of the stock could take place. A Pitchfork was usually a basher, but not always. Sometimes, we would throw in a hypster Pitchfork such as "MONEYMADE" and "laptop" and a pumper like " Datatech" to create the illusion of an argument going on. What was really funny (in a perverse way, I guess) was that "Datatech" and I sat next to each other, laughing the whole time.

I was a Serpent basher, because I am known for effective bashing based on solid facts and truth. I was paid a base wage of $18 an hour for my services. I was given a $1.25 bonus for every decent quality post over 100 per day as well as a monthly bonus of $100 for every penny the stock had dropped from the previous month. I was also paid a bonus for bashing on weekends . While this may not sound like much, I made a decent, though dishonorable, paycheck plus a niceLaptop with free wireless internet connection. Each of us sat in a small half-cubicle in a cluster with our teammates.Each group (usually five people) was made of three beginners (two who would bash and one who would hype), one intermediate and one advanced level basher.Occasionally for some of the hotter stocks, one of the beginners would be replaced by an intermediate depending on how much the stock was rising. IDWD was a low-level stock, meaning it got the 3-1-1 configuration. Honestly though, somehow, I get the feeling that WV Hillbilly may have worked for a basher company or knows someone who does because the fund website she occasionally posts is eerily similar to our employer's websites. While not exact, I'd say it is about 90 percent the same. We do have certain rules that we follow.

First, we have to develop a character and stay within that character in order to build a "following." My character, " FogOfWar ," was a humorous,sarcastic, obnoxious supporter of free speech and loved to portray himself as a truth-telling superhero, but only when it came to bashers. Next, we had to follow certain guidelines on what we could say. We were urged to have an "answer" to every long's question, but we were to frame that answer in a way that ridiculed the questioner for asking such a question .However, we were never to use profanity or vulgarity because that would cause people to ignore us. We were to make fun of people, but in a civil way. The idea was to get "play," i.e. reaction from other posters. The more play we got, the more the room would be disrupted. Ignored posters get no play. One exception would be the hypsters since they were "defending" the stock against our onslaught, they got a little more leeway. People would side with the hypster because they thought he was real since he appeared to be on their side, but was really on ours, setting us up to disrupt the room. "MoneyMade" was quite good at this and gets paid very well.

I've worked on IDWD, VLO, AGII, QBID, BKMP for a few months now. In addition to the FogOfWar alias, I've used a few others on several other boards as well. I've used so many aliases that I can not remember the monikers or the passwords. I honestly lost track of everything. I stuck with FogOfWar because it was the one that got the most play from other posters .

In closing, I feel absolutely terrible about this. It's just awful how I've been part of a scam designed to cheat honest, hard-working people out of their investments all for the benefit of a few wealthy people who already have enough money to last a lifetime .These greedy people MUST be stopped. That's why I'm posting this before I leave. I want to make up for some of the damage I've done. I can't live with this lie anymore. You can't imagine how hard it is to look at myself in the mirror each morning knowing my job is to cheat and lie. I have to go now, I'm too broken up to continue. I hope this confession can make up for my sordid deeds; I would urge everyone who reads this to inform as many people as you can. Only by shining the light of truth can we drive these rats back into the darkness from whence they came. Believe me, they don't want publicity.

this forum is a result of ihub censorship for more than 1 reason.

the latter was created in 2009 as an alternative to the basher boards,where the admin is nice and does not engage in stock trading,let alone manipulation, and where pm's are free for everybody

i spent hundreds of hours creating a place for zn longs discussion on said site,where i have been posting basically alone since May.

when i was a paying ihub subscriber many told me they never received my pm's- especially informing them of investorshangout.com.

The adversary always tries to control the info flow and silence longs and especially christians -because this is a spiritual battle-something that the dead church does not recognize and thus cannot fight. class action suit anybody?

so why would i be surprised that ihub apparently continued to censor my free 'Happy hour" pm's,which i have been sending to zn longs for MONTHS informing them of the investorshangout site!!!!!!!

because only 3 ppl apparently received my ihub pm's informing them of the investors hangout site
though i thought more may have received my pm's bc the site sometimes showed hundreds of visits /day even though i was the only one posting for months. So that would be typical- a very active demonic enemy scoping everything out while Gods ppl sat on the sidelines.

i was not aware of this site bc i rarely use fb and wont create a fb account for 2 reasons- fb is an antichristian forum-something EVERYBODY should know by now.

after jryan informed of this site in last 48 hours,since this site doesnt care about privacy either i had to spend time ensuring such bc as the child of a cultleader -the only one not controlled by the cults witchcraft and the only one who refused to spend his life lying cheating killing etc the cultleader,her and others hit men,and thier goons and lawyers have tried to kill me everyday of my life,and the only known in the nation and world to survive growing up in such a cult without being captured or killed.

I've tried to explain to longs over the years that noisy bashers are witches- crafters- that their artillery barrage of lies has a deepcapture purpose-not just to steal from and destroy longs and companies financially but also to capture ppl to their god satan by instilling doubt and fear-satans tools.

You are not just dealing w rebellious humans (the bible is a history of Gods own rebellious ppl as an example for us),u are dealing w witches who have made a contract w the devil to acquire spirit guides(demons)w which to manipulate and capture ppl to satans kingdom. All my life i witnessed ppl,totally clueless, captured via the same polished demonic practices honed since adam- thats why their artillery barrage of lies contain so many levels of lies -knowing ppl wont catch EVERY lie.
and thats why their continual threats and intimidation has so much bite-it is satan speaking thru them.

U cant fight a battle u dont even know exists or dont know who the enemy is or where they are-that is basic.

u cant engage the enemy on his terms-as we've seen many do on ihub- and then fall away-

and u cant engage the enemy without training or an anointing to do so borne out of sacrifice for a wannabe noahs generation that doesnt want to be free-the same reason moses in exasperation struck the rock twice bc the ppl had learned nothing after 38 years!!-and thus moses-an imperfect human and yet the preeminent old testament prophet- was barred from entering the promised land-a lesson for us that there are no perfect prophets/humans,partly bc the exasperation and trials and persecutions are necessary for the anointing and growth which will continue for eternity.

Yes - that is why the board is here. I still post on yahoo and the links to this board have been there for a while. iHub deletes me now almost always, plus I only get one post a day now as I am in the doghouse. I called them out for their bullshit and no they did not like it, hence the ban. What is funny is that they will not allow a link to this board on that site. OR WILL THEY?

That seems plausible indeed as soon as I saw a link to your site I posted, and you saw it. I never received a PM and only heard about the free hour from Tirebiter of all people last week.

I would like to see them shutdown but we are but a spec of dust in a mountain of corruption. Slander & defamation is something we could do. These POS hide behind a keyboard for a reason. They think they can not be found but that is always not the case and I will leave it at that.

I am not surprised at all really, the mods there have deleted many posts that do not fit the agenda. It is odd that I had one deleted and reinstated four times and the last I look it was still up there. It was a good summary. One possibility is that I called them out for it, posted the post here so people could see the blatant hypocrisy in the moderation there.

It is not that I do not care about it. A place was requested and I went and found a free site to do just that. Sure it is not the best via a phone unless you hit the desktop button but it is a place that you can STORE information that is easily accessible. I like the forum format and have used it for years. It is easy for me and I can manage it with ease. You seem to have had a rough past so to speak so your viewpoints are valid yet unknown to most. One must have patience to see the world through your eyes, but those eyes have seen and learned much and it is knowledge that should be considered by all.

Well we could use the moderns terms of witches and warlocks but it goes much deeper. It is not new, been here a very long time. Satan is a new name for the Adversary in realistic terms. The Deceiver is a more accurate description of the created being that is not omniscient, so speaking through people is kind of making him larger than he is or can be but he has his minions that do his bidding. Yes in this modern world still. It is interesting to see how other cultures address what we are conditioned to believe in the West. Convincing people he does not exist is his greatest asset.

Well I really see that as a wrong attitude about this site. I did not know of yours as you did not know of this one. If the only place you posted links to it were on iHub then no one would see it. Once it was on Yahoo I went right to it, and up until that time I had no idea. It is not that this site was made to compete, it was made to be a place I could post and not be deleted all the time. If you look, I have 90% of the posts. I do not want it that way but it is what it is. Others are starting to post and I encourage it. I have only deleted one post and it was not from the noise but it had no place here. This site does not replace yours, it JOINS yours. I hope you get participation as well, heck I hope to be part of it!

I would humbly suggest that you work on your delivery a bit, I understand it but some will not. It is a battle that we are under, but that battle has not changed, it is the same as we were fully warned about in Ephesians.

I would say that the Lord gives us nothing that He does not think we can handle. Some have more than others and by your posts, you have had your fair share. I hope you feel free to post as you please and make your case here.

well i'm working on xplaining aspects of this nobody understands but i have to get sleep sometime and all this has really thrown me for a loop and put me in a bad position as satan intended to discourage me from even fighting spitual warfare on behalf of longs/zn because as far as i've seen nobody understands.

God purposefully had me born to a cult leader-whose demons recognized gods call on my life as did others at birth- free of rebellion otherwise i would be captured by the craft like everybody else i've ever seen. the bible is a record of the alm ost continual rebellion of Gods ppl-somethnig that has not changed -but the church doesn't know how these things operate so i've written hundreds of books and essays under the inspiration of the holy spirit for the deliverance of the church. hosea 4:6 says god ppl perish for lack of knowledge [and wisdom] bc of thier unrecognized rebellion bcthey have rejected knowledge and wisdom. u cant fight something u dont even recognize.

the problem is gods ppl either cant or wont listen bc of that very unrecognized rebellion so how do u begin the process to deliver them if they dont want to be free. i'm writing this as a general address to the so called body of christ - not writing this as a personal attack on any person.

i did not intend to do that there but nobody is going to understand unless i give background. my'mother' (i associate motherhood w death and destruction bc thats all she did her entire life and i kept her from killng many ppl)-made a contract w the devil when she was 9-she had the most depraved heart i've ever seen after icat he doemons out in Gods tmning- she participated in and led seances etc all those activities god prohibits ppl from doing -see dt 18:9-13=bc participating in those activites captures ppl to satans kingdom. she used her craft to get dad to marry her- a very common practice detailed to me at length by crafters and thier victims. she tried to kill me veryday of her life -many times via intermediaries- if you want o know what thats like growing up in a cult as the primary target of the cult read rebecca brownm m.d. and her husband Daniel yoders 1st three books.

god wouldnt allow me her to succeed in killing me so at age 8 she and another crafter created a gang to harass and kill me-the only gang in school,but they also sometimes attacked my brothers. i had to be both father and mother to my siblngs from age 8 and did not have a childhood. under the anointing there is no fear and i would charge the gang when they attacked in order to protect others who had no anointing and thus could not fight.

so i just ignored the bullets shot my way over the years from age 8 through high school. but later in life i began to wonder how come not one bullet ever hit me nor did i receive any physical injuries. i could stand against and defeat 5 guys at a time but if 25 attacked me i was on the ground and they were trying to literally tear me limb from limb.

u have to grow up in a cult to understand how evil and serious the adversary is and how frustrating the churches almost compkete ignoranc is- the church knows practically nothing-jermiah said God liked it that way- thats what happens when u are a pioneer and most pioneers die before their work is recognized.

All our friends were crafters bc the cult leader chose our friends. i was the only not controlled by the witchcraft -could not be controlled directly but when they surround you w an unending supply of goons your entire life to interfere w your relationships and finances and jobs etc. under the influence of thier craft u are completely surrounded and have no choice to fight or die or be captured,as everybody i cared about was bc i couldnt save those who didnt want to be free.

the crafters personally avoided me once i was called to spiritual warfare bc i would win every spiritual power encounter so they operated thru intermediarys.

they eventually stopped using guns to try to kill me bc god kept protecting me. in my 30's a crafter hitman i knew suddenly started shooting at me w a high powered semiautomatic rifle at pointblank range for a rifle and i saw the barrage of bullets hit the ground at a 45 degree angle (which was physically impossibe when the hitman was at eye level and shooting level) .so then i understood god or his angels had been defecting the bullets etc my entire life. i can imagine a few hit men in psych wards saying over and over. 'but i shot him at point blank range and nothing happened.''

we went to church. there are many types of crafters -from the stupid nature type to pagan to pharisee to satanic - they all are sent to the churches to control the churches for satan-every pastor and church has cults assigned for this purpose but they never even know it-my ppl perish for lack of knowledge" same thng happening on the stock boards to completely clueless longs who dont want to even learn of this fight.

the cult leader was one of 5 witches who controlled the largest church in our area. every church was controlled by witches who i recognized via the gift of discerning of spirits ( 1cor 12:2)which many have prophesied i have stronger than anybody else- 1 of the 3 revelation gifts prophets have to have in addition to a specific ephesians 4:11-14 calling. jesus personally creatded and set prophet and apostles in the church for the deliverance of the church -read eph 4:11-14,i cor 12 etc. there were prohets in the early church - acts 13:1 and agabus etc and always have been.

there are many levels of prophets w different callings, assigments and jurisdictions.

when i was of levitical age to be a prophet scores of ppl prophesied w fesr and trembling from jer 1:5 my jer 1:5 call as a prophet to the nations-the highest prophetic jurisdiction/calling. But first God sent me to the churches to show me the deplorable condition of the professing church before its coming deliverance. I was not allowed to enter over 90% of the churches; God would say, ''Do not enter.They do not belong to me. They are a pharisee church.''- so i was only allowed to enter the best full gospel churches.

As i entered each church i immediately recognized by the gift of discerning of spirits the crafters satan planted in each church to control it. the pastors were always totally spiritually blind and NEVER recognized the crafters on their own staffs. God would also show me his plan to deliver each church as i entered.

God would bypass the pastors huge rebellious doublemind via the anointing to reveal my call to the pastors so they could come into agreement w me for the deliverance of their church.

When GOD SENDS ME- prophets are sent ones (see acts 13:1) to a church or pp,group they are receivng a mt 10:11-15;luke 10:5-16 time of visitation. understand the churches were all being defeated and controlled by satan and if they didnt receive the visitation they would pass into oblivion by default without even knowing it. so the pastors would prophesy aspects of my call so they could come into agreement. they would typically say it was the strongest anointing of thier life.Yet within minutes satan always stole the word and witness and they no longer even remembered what they just prophesied over me nor who i was!!!.

so in the last church to receive a visitation God told me and the prophet w me whose family i was also delivering from cult attacks to shake the dust off of our feet as apostle paul often had to do and God took the church apart in judgment. the next i knew the church was being sold to a dead denomination which was taking over the area and the church rejected its time of visitation in this generation as it dd in 1954-see prophecies by william branham jan 1955 etc.

i did pm you also months ago at least once if not multiple times re the investorshangout.com post i was providing as an alternative to ihub- so since u never got my pm's that is just another verification ihub blocked my pm's to everybody except 2 or 3 ppl-but did not block to one person bc he was testing to see if i received his pm-so ihub didnt block his pm to me-its really a very dirty nasty game ihub plays to control the discussion. so that means they lie 'false advertising' re thier advertised 4-5pm friday pm's.

well i didnt know of this forum -seems i was the last to know-last one to learn of -very frustrating on many levels-as in ppl now have no reason to post or read my forum- when i spent hundreds of hours creating a forum for longs since may-'my' forum is not the new forum-this one is,and in my experience ppl will always chose a fun vs serious forum.

And my purpose was to alert longs to the spiritual battle and teach re the same so longs could come together and be victorius on the spiritual level from where the real battle is fought. Because,as a messneger to the stock commuity for 9 years i have never been able to get longs to understand the spiritual warfare the noisy basher witches are fighting= and until they nderstand that they cant even begin to fight the spiritual battle.

so i replied to your ca aug 26 post via a post on my forum bc i thought u knew of my forum.

That is pretty deep for sure. I would tend to say first off that we might not be in agreement on some things but that is ok. As for the forum, it is not a competition nor was it intended to be. iHub has been pulling this crap a while and there were multiple attempts to get another started. There is one on Facebook as well. This board was a product of my frustration with being censored and also the desire to be able to store information in a quick and discernible format. That is the technical section.

The others just came to mind as I built it and it was free. Just as with your board iHub censors any links to this board or so they think. There is a link that has been there a week and it is still there...they missed one. The Mods on iHub have an agenda, that is for sure, at least a few of them.

Post away here if you wish, I have the mods locked down at this time for a reason but that will not last.
