**** Growing list of ALL the suits and requests for Zion since the SEC news broke below, but it is not growing, its 15 that keep releasing PRs - They keep repeating things over and over again. Maybe they think if they say it enough it will be true? ********

August 21 Update

Zion's Administrative Update:

As we previously disclosed, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") first informed Zion of a non-public, fact-finding inquiry by subpoena for production of documents received on June 21, 2018, before which Zion had no formal or informal communication with the SEC regarding this matter.

The SEC has asserted no accusation of wrongdoing nor have they expressed any negative opinion of any person within Zion. Zion continues to fully cooperate with and work with the SEC in the provision of requested information.

Following Zion's disclosure of the SEC investigation, Zion became aware of a number of law firms who allege they are investigating Zion's compliance with federal securities laws and are soliciting clients. To our knowledge, only one lawsuit has been actually filed in federal district court, but to date, Zion has not been served with formal notice of litigation. We believe these claims are frivolous and without merit, and we will wage a vigorous defense.

It seems we had 8 of them and in one day after the 10Q, what happens? Two of the same firms come out again! Double Ambulance Chasers!

However notice that this time they announced filing not investigation. What is up with that? What do they have that they gathered in a week? Expect more of this soon. <> I was right, more coming.

According to the lawsuit, defendants during the Class Period made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Zion was either already or was likely to soon become the subject of an SEC investigation; and (2) as a result, Zion’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. without a lead plaintiff there is no certification of a class by the judge and no class action case

schall law firm based in los angeles filed oct 4 (any multiple class actions would be consolidated by a judge in the n district of tx) and noted a 5 day deadline to name a lead plaintiff -deadline ended oct 9

that 5 days was based on a 14 day extension by a previously filed case to name a lead plaintiff

my limited experience looking up cases in fed ct in n dist of tx is that without a case # or full case name- neither of which i have nor feel like searching for in that clown circus -is its very difficult to search for the case

we are 3 days past deadline for naming of a lead plaintiff- in other areas of the law you have to have a named plaintiff before u can file

and since we havent heard anything from the short and distort crowd which specializes in reporting these things and the sticky re the case no longer exists on the basher board,its possible nobody has a plaintiff who is willing to serve as the lead [named]plaintiff

if not, there is no class action and the judge would dismiss the class action cases
and the judge could award zn its costs and attorney fees
