I was thinking tonight about the reservoir potential. I would think that Zion should be able to estimate the reservoir potential given they have flow data and permeability of the rock in the well. I would think that with the low permeability of the rock and the announced flow rate, they could reasonably estimate the reservoir. Anybody have any thoughts?

I would worry that they do not use the method that Givot used. I hope others could comment but with it not being commercial at this stage I really do not know if they could put a size to it yet. I hope someone smarter than me could give a good answer.
Givot said 980 million barrels if I remember right.
One thing to think about is the Bakken in the 50s. Billions of barrels but not commercial and there is stood till the 2000's. Israel already has shale oil but that too is not commercial yet.
In the end, technology will win this battle I would think.
