This is interesting to ponder and I know not the rules nor what it actually means but we all know of one investor but not the 2nd. DSPP of which I am NOT a participant turned out to be how the company moved forward. Yes, diluting existing shareholders but there is no way they could have raised it otherwise.
They have helped quite a bit over the last 24 months and deserve some of the credit for keeping MJ2 on track. I hope for them as well as the rest of us that it pans out.
Things are tricky at this time. Israel holds the final say on what is public, the well is near the point where information will have to be given on commercial or not, and the noise continues it assault on ZNOG.
I am fine with both outcomes but since this has been an interesting ride, hopefully a book will be written with names included, but here I am. The mushroom treatment galore.

There is an interesting discussion on iHub about just this. It is worth a look. Yes I can post there but restrain from doing so for personal reasons.
