With Robert Dunn’s past employment with Central European Drilling (“CED”) and insight into the markets in Central and Eastern Europe, an opportunity arose to purchase the idle drilling rig and related equipment at an attractive price on a superior piece of equipment.
The Eastern hemisphere presents a unique challenge in finding a capable rig versus North American base rigs.
With tremendous mobilization costs associated with a North American rig, the European markets were our best option.
Zion looks forward to utilizing our new asset, as the history of the rig is well know in the European theaters, and due to current market conditions, Zion was able to expedite its purchase of the rig.
Rob Dunn is employed solely with Zion Oil & Gas. He has no ownership interest in CED and receives no compensation from it whatsoever.

My comments are that certain folks who have been flat out damaging Zion Oil with rumor probably caused Zion Oil to answer this......
So what next from the noise? We purchased the rig with CASH! That should make you shut up for a while but it will not.
